How we handle your personal data. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Who we are
Clickmore ("we", "us") manages paid advertising for businesses. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
- Legal name: Click More
- Based in: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom
- Email: info@clickmore.co.uk
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or ask for a call
Your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: business or brand name, phone number, website, the services you're interested in, budget, the best day and time to call you, and your message. If you ask us to call you, we also need your phone number.
When you browse the site
Our website platform sets a few cookies the site needs to work, such as the ones that remember your cookie choice and keep the site secure. If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, our website platform's analytics, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel collect information about how you use the site. This includes the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you found us. If you decline, they don't run.
Our website platform also keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- If you become a client, to provide our services.
- With your consent, to understand how people use this site and to measure our own advertising.
Our legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you've asked for before a contract.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use these services to run the site:
- Our website platform hosts this website and processes enquiry form submissions.
- Google provides our email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) and Google Fonts, which loads the site's typeface and sees your IP address when it does.
- Meta provides the Meta pixel (only if you accept cookies).
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the USA and Canada. Where that happens, we rely on the UK–US data bridge, or the UK's approved contract clauses where that doesn't apply.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: 12 months
- Client records: 6 years
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or stop how we use it
- give you a copy to take elsewhere
You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@clickmore.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
